Emmanuel Osei Asiamah, PhD is the Founder and the Executive Director of the Institute of Certified Business Analysts & Consultants (ICBAC), the Executive Chairman of Standard Pensions Trust, the Chief Executive Officer of Clearance Consult Limited, Executive Director of Governance & Leadership Institute and the founding CEO of Hedge Pension Trust with more than two decades of business leadership and Consulting across many industries including Finance, Pensions, Education, and others.
He developed his career to become a Business, Investment, Finance, Tax, Governance, Law, Corporate and Business Strategist, and Organization Development Consultant. He has spent most of his consulting years helping his clients achieve their goals promptly and stay ahead of the competition.
He is the first African to be appointed to the high office of a professorship in Educational Leadership, Business Management, and Finance by the Technology University of Americas. He is a council member of the Chartered Institute of Management Specialists – USA (CIMS) and a Member of the International Board of Standards.
He is a member of the Global Institute of Business Analyst and Authentic Governance Institute, a Doctoral Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Specialists, and a Fellow of the Global Academy of Finance and Management. He is also a Chartered Business Analyst and an Accredited Management Consultant and Financial Analyst.
He is an astute trainer and has facilitated many programmes that have engineered many organisations to achieve their reasons for existence.
He is a senior lecturer at Knutsford University and an Adjunct Professor at the Ghana Technology University and the African University of Business and Communication. He is also a visiting Professor at the ISC Business School- France.
As an author, he has published many books including, Strategic Management, Corporate Governance and Ethics, Business Law, and Legal Environment, Labour Law and Industrial Relations, Corporate Governance in African Market
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Business and Taxation. Four Master’s Degrees in Global Business (Finance), Organisational Development, Management Consulting, and Master of Laws (LLM).
He is a Chartered Business Analyst, Chartered Financial Analyst, Accredited Management Consultant, and Chartered Financial Accountant.
