Dr. Patrick Baah-Acquah, PhD

Dr. Patrick Baah-Acquah is a distinguished consultant, leadership strategist, and finance expert with over 20 years of experience in business growth, organizational transformation, and leadership development. As Head of Operations at Rainbow Consult, he has designed and facilitated high-impact training programs for global organizations, including the World Bank Group (IFC), Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Bank of Africa, Fan Milk Ghana (Danone), and the Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

His expertise spans leadership development, business and financial strategy, trade facilitation, and capacity building, with a strong focus on sustainable leadership and economic transformation in Africa. 

His academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Banking & Finance) from Cass European Institute of Management Studies, France, a DBA in Global Business & Leadership from California InterContinental University, USA, and an MBA in Banking & Finance from Paris Graduate School of Management. As a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Finalist, an IFC-LPI Certified Trainer, and an IFC Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF), he brings extensive expertise in financial management, leadership training, and organizational development. 

Dr. Baah-Acquah has played a pivotal role in trade and economic development, serving as a Lead Consultant for AfCFTA Stakeholder Training in Ghana and contributing to the PACCI-GIZ AfCFTA Chamber Model Innovation assignment. His work with the EU-Sightsavers Initiative has empowered women with disabilities in Ghana through leadership and governance training. 

He is a Fellow and Director of the Institute of Business Analysts and Consultants in Ghana, a Director at the Pensions Institute, Ghana, a Provisional Trainer at the Centre for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), and an Empaneled Trade Finance Consultant at Euro Exim Bank Ltd. With a deep passion for leadership transformation and financial sustainability, he has provided advisory services to multinational corporations, SMEs, and government agencies, helping them develop scalable frameworks for long-term success. 

His research in financial risk management, trade policy, and digital transformation has positioned him as a thought leader in his field. He continues to mentor professionals, contribute to industry dialogues, and drive capacity-building initiatives that foster ethical leadership and inclusive economic growth.
